Wallick Welcomes Christopher Italiano as Senior Vice President of Construction

New Albany, OH – Wallick is pleased to welcome Christopher Italiano as the company’s new Senior Vice President of Construction.

As Senior Vice President of Construction, Chris will focus on building a highly aligned, accountable and performance-driven construction team that supports Wallick’s mission, growth strategy and long-term operational excellence. He looks forward to collaborating across Development, Construction, Operations and Finance while helping drive predictable project execution, a strong field culture, safety, quality and disciplined delivery performance.

Chris brings more than 35 years of experience in the construction and development industry, with deep expertise in operational leadership, team development, strategic planning, project recovery, preconstruction, EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) leadership integration and construction operations. His experience spans large-scale multifamily, student housing, affordable housing, senior living, industrial, mixed-use and residential construction projects across multiple markets.

Across his career, he has helped deliver more than 11,000 multifamily units, 2,500 single-family homes and over 6,500 student housing beds, representing a combined construction value of more than $2 billion.

Chris first began his leadership journey as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army after graduating from The Ohio State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management. He remains active in the community, currently serving as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Hilliard and as trustee for Construction and Development for the Hilliard Church of the Nazarene.

His leadership approach is guided by integrity, accountability, servant leadership, collaboration, continuous improvement and a strong commitment to developing people. Chris believes high-performing teams are built through trust, communication, consistency and shared purpose.
