Trinity Square Apartments Marks Wallick’s Third OLIHTC Award

Wallick was awarded an Ohio Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (OLIHTC) allocation from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) for Trinity Square Apartments, an upcoming 120-home affordable senior community in Warren, Ohio.
Trinity Square marks Wallick’s third OLIHTC award and second in the Youngstown-Warren metro area, following Homestead Crossing in Youngstown and Harding Heights in Marion.
About Trinity Square
Trinity Square will serve seniors age 55 and older. At four stories, it will sit on approximately five acres along Tod Avenue SW (State Route 45) and feature 90 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom homes.
Apartment amenities include:
- Fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, garbage disposals and microwaves
- Spacious closets
- Carpeted bedrooms
Community amenities include:
- Laundry room
- Living and sitting areas
- Large community room with a television and kitchenette
- Computer room
- Resident storage
Building on Local Partnerships
Project partners include OHFA, the City of Warren and the Trumbull County Land Bank.
The partnership with Trumbull County Land Bank builds on Wallick’s experience with Homestead Crossing, where the City of Youngstown Land Reutilization partnered with Wallick’s team to support land acquisition in the area. Partnerships like these help move underused sites toward development while expanding access to affordable housing.
Wallick looks forward to working with its local partners to move Trinity Square toward closing and construction.
