Homestead Crossing Moves Closer to Construction in Youngstown
The Vindicator recently highlighted the latest progress on Homestead Crossing, Wallick’s planned affordable housing community on Youngstown’s South Side. With key financing approvals secured, construction is anticipated to begin in October.
The $35 million development will bring 120 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes to the community, helping meet the region’s growing need for quality, affordable housing. Homestead Crossing will also mark Wallick’s first community in Northeast Ohio.
