Alexis Dunfee Promoted to SVP of Development

Please join us in congratulating Alexis Dunfee on her promotion to Senior Vice President of Development.

Alexis has been an integral part of Wallick’s development team since 2012. Since 2018, she has led the Development Project Management Team, which has helped grow the department to a total of 18 members strong. Over the past ten years, Alexis was involved in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction of 2,000+ affordable homes in Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois, contributing to the expansion of Wallick’s affordable housing portfolio.

As Senior Vice President, Alexis will lead all aspects of the company’s development department and continue to work closely with John Leonard, Senior Vice President of Construction.
