Wallick Partners on Community-Centered Rogell Park Project in Northwest Detroit

Wallick is honored to partner with Detroit Blight Busters on the transformation of nearly 19 acres of the former Rogell Golf Course into Rogell Park, a $88M community-centered affordable housing development.

The project will bring 304 affordable housing units, including 198 townhomes and 106 senior apartments, serving families and seniors earning 30-80% of the area median income.

The overall redevelopment of the 120-acre former golf course includes a $3.4M regional nature park, retail and commercial space, and community amenities. Together, this project represents a model for neighborhood revitalization that blends homes, green space and economic opportunity.

Thank you to Detroit Economic Growth Corporation and the City of Detroit for partnering with us on this transformative project!
