Wallick Celebrates Two Year-End Closings
As we kick off the new year, we’re thrilled to spotlight two significant year-end closings that bring 170 new affordable homes to seniors in Marion, OH, and Raleigh, NC.
Both communities closed in mid-December following extensive collaboration across our teams and partners.
Harding Heights Apartments – Marion, Ohio
Wallick officially closed on Harding Heights, a new $17.3 million, 50-unit senior community (55+) in Marion, Ohio. This milestone project marks our first-ever development awarded both Federal and State Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
Harding Heights perfectly complements our existing Marion portfolio—Harding Village and Marion Village, which serve families—allowing us to serve residents of all ages in this vibrant region.
Special thanks to our Ohio Development Team, Jimmy McCune, Matt Dennis and Graham Weidenhamer, for leading this project from vision to closing, along with Project Manager Jake Leonard.
