Alexis Dunfee Named a 2026 AHF Young Leader

From joining Wallick as a Development Apprentice in 2012 to becoming Senior Vice President of Development, Alexis Dunfee has built her career around creating housing opportunities, bringing people together and helping others grow.

We’re proud to share that Alexis has been named one of Affordable Housing Finance’s 2026 Young Leaders. This annual recognition honors rising stars, age 40 and younger, who are helping shape the affordable housing industry.

During her 14 years at Wallick, Alexis has contributed to the development of more than 4,000 homes and helped expand the ways we serve communities across the Midwest and North Carolina.
