Wallick's Corporate Office
to Relocate to New Albany

This fall, Wallick Communities will settle into its new corporate office in New Albany, a growing, pedestrian-friendly suburb on the northeast side of Columbus. The company’s soon-to-be headquarters is an 18,000 square-foot space on the second floor of Market & Main II in New Albany's developing Village Center.
A variety of shops and eateries will be on the first floor of the new building. Adjacent to Market & Main II are Healthy New Albany (wellness center), a library, leisure paths and other amenities.

Advint, a company that develops test and measurement solutions for the avionics industry, purchased Wallick’s current corporate office building and will move in later this year.

Wallick’s new address will be 160 W. Main Street, Suite 200, New Albany, OH. The company’s phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same; however, Wallick’s P.O. box will change.

The primary reason for the move is to create a healthier environment for associates. Soon, we will have access to walking and bike paths, a wellness center, parks, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Moving into a new building gives us the opportunity to develop a state-of-the-art office space for our associates, which will include huddle rooms, collaboration spaces, a conference center and a 1,000 square-foot café.
