Wallick Expands Affordable Senior Living Portfolio with New Memory Care Community
The excitement is building...

Earlier this summer, Wallick broke ground on its second memory care community, which is its first affordable memory care community. The Grove at Oakleaf Village of Columbus will be a $7.1 million state-of-the-art, freestanding community serving up to 56 residents and employing approximately 40 full-time associates.

This latest addition to Wallick’s senior living portfolio is set to be completed by summer 2018.

With each passing minute, another person living in the U.S. develops dementia. Wallick is progressively expanding its portfolio to meet the needs of seniors with this disease.

In 2015, Wallick opened its first memory care community, The Grove at Oakleaf Village of Toledo.
Wallick Associates Build Five Houses for Families in Need
In June, Wallick sent a team of associates, along with their families – a group of 52 strong – to Ensenada, Mexico to build houses for five families that previously lived in deplorable conditions.

That week the lives of these five families, and the 52 sent, were forever changed. Please watch this video to see just what occurred.
The demand for memory care communities is growing quickly, but most of the supply coming on-line to meet this demand carries very expensive rates. As a society, we need to find affordable solutions. We believe this community – a model for the future – will deliver an innovative and much needed solution. We are excited to see it come to life, and we look forward to proving out the model and then replicating it.
