  • Complete specific maintenance functions per the direction of management
  • Maintain the physical appearance of the property
  • Perform day to day maintenance functions for the community
  • Complete all work orders in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years previous maintenance experience
  • Must have own tools
  • Great customer service skills
