Compliance Specialist

Wallick is a diversified organization specializing in the development, construction and management of affordable multi-family housing to include assisted living facilities. Wallick is currently seeking a qualified Compliance Specialist for our Illinois and Wisconsin properties. This position supports each property by monitoring site files for appropriate regulatory compliance requirements.

Position requires the following:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years experience in a compliance role
  • 5+ years working knowledge of Section 8 and Tax Credit policy and procedures
  • Strong office computer skills
  • Possess good people skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills

Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
